ok let me be kind and tell you all the dirty details of business markets nowadays..for my classmates,this entry is not for u 2 read coz its nothing new for you as you might already know or if you read on and you have no idea abt wad i am goin to talk abt, you are really stupid..i tell you why u're stupid by the end of this entry..so dun bother..fuck off..hehe..ok now for my friends (no, not MB0405! you're not my friends,ok? get lost! our relationship are just professional..so bug off! PLEASE!), i shall tell you the dirty secrets these motherfuckin' sale people have been makin you buy or whatsoever..1- If you girls go to pharmacies and want to but facial products or somebody pushed you to buy facial products and he/she say or the label reads, "The ingredient balances your pH value on your skin to give you soft supple and fresh..uh..shit? watever!" Shoo the sales person away or put the product back into the shelf.The thing is your body has this so-called 'self-measures' called the corrective mechanism. As the name suggest, 'corrective' means if your body encounter any problem, it will send signals to your brain where the brain will direct messages to the appropriate organs to correct the wrongs. So does our body has pH balance. If your body pH becomes too acidic or too alkaline, your body would be able to correct it, itselves. Meaning, if your body sense that you are too acidic, the glands will either produce less acids or bring in alkaline to neutralise the feeling. Get it? The body do not need any exterior help to do it. It can correct itself. Do you know the body soap pH 5.5. As you all know that pH 5 is acidic. Why would you want your body to be more acidic? It's all a couple of bullshit.2- You dont have to pay extra for a bunch of eggs which the company claims to be cholesterol-free. Everybody knows that there is no way an egg could be cholesterol free. Yeah i mean unless the egg is full of egg whites. that's cholesterol-free. Egg yolks are a bunch of cholesterol in them since the egg yolk IS actually undeveloped chicks and the egg whites are nutrients for developed chicks. So how can an egg be cholesterol-free when egg yolks are always and should be in the egg itself. If it is processed to be cholesterol-free, how? 3- If you are on diet, daily intake of protein bars for breakfast, lunch and dinner is NOT a solution either. Instead of suppresing your appetite or losing your weight, you will find out that there will be an increase in your weight. Like I said, it's PROTEIN bars. Since its on all-carb diet, people tink that takin protein bars could only help them function without food as they stuff themselves proteins. Listen to this, when your body is packed with protein, where will it go to? It will go to your liver to break down proteins and it will be stored there temporarily for later use. But when you keep stuffing yourself with protein, most of it are not used by your body. Your body is an independent machine. If there is something that you dont need to use, it will use that something as something else for the body needs but it would not waste it. Ok real English explanation: Since the protein stored temporarily is not used as more new protein keep gettin in your liver, your liver will convert the 'old' protein into fats. These fats will be released and be stored somewhere else like around your abdomen area, thighs and arms. So there it is. This goes to diet milkshake drinks as well. I dont mean you cant drink them. You could. But the thing is, you need regular exercise and had to control your food intake even with the milkshake diet drinks or whatsoever.Drinks that raise your metabolism rate? Im schoolin' at 1500hrs for Organic Chem practical exam today and i woke up at 0730!! I tried to go back to sleep but my efforts were impracticable..So i turned to the machine that might yet again be my greatest enemy in a few years time: The Computer to just blog in and play around with the template's html and do somethin to my blog..i figured out how to publish the title as well so..hey, im not totally completely absolutely computer-hopeless.Mind you. 'cept that i tink my comp might be infected by virus and i asked my erudite, intelligent, skillful and computer-nurtured classmates (gag!gag!) about eliminating these irritatin buggers, and they said that the safest way to do it is to re-boot my comp..and oh! how to reboot the computer????
Anyway,im feeling really low right now.Apart from knowin that my friends are all now already having their holidays WHILE im still having my exams,i was given a pair of free tix to Simple Plan concert (by Ruzaifa dearest) and that's not a bad thing..the bad thing is that I CANT GO!! did i mention im having my exams??Fuck it.and im werkin tonite too.i thought of selling the tix for $60 each hahahaha! i mean come on! its a last min chance to get to the concert for desperate fans! but mizzhaily suck at business management.in the end,i gave it to my neighbour..he's a lucky bastard..Hey Feiroz! You're lucky to get a next-block neighbour like me!

i have Biochemistry practical test tomorrow and i have not studied for it because I've been busy with werk..i am working today but it'll be until 2100hrs (for those doodoos who is still so slow in hrs..its 9pm) So i will not be sleeping tonight..will be busy studying..man..i got to work hard for exams now that i have to advance to Year 2..shit i hate exams..no more slacking coz it's not common test no more!!

so what the hell is the difference? basically i only like some of the people in my class and they are usually in my group..my class is so divided into 4 groups and we're not united at all..so i hate it..damn i mizz GVSS 4E1 of 2003..I MISS YOU GUYS~ haha..we'll be plannin for an outing soon so just you guys wait..KHAI!!!
