it used to be some corny love curse
then it turns to be haunted chain mails
now people are sending emails on some non-existent virus breakthrough
yeah
i tink it was fun to make people sit on the edge of the seat
but
it was pretty lame
i recently received an email about Olympic Torch virus
some of you shud haf gotten that info in your emails too
and i know that most of you must haf believed in it
you shudnt
come back to the harsh reality

This hoax has been distributed across the internet. The report is untrue, and the email can be safely deleted.
The text of the hoax reads as follows:
Please read the attached warning issued today.PLEASE FORWARD THIS WARNING AMONG FRIENDS, FAMILY AND CONTACTS:You should be alert during the next days:Do not open any message with an attached filed called "Invitation" regardless of who sent it .It is a virus that opens an Olympic Torch which "burns" the whole hard disc C of your computer. This virus will be received from someone who has your e-mail address in his/her contact list, that is why you should send this e-mail to all your contacts. just a hunch
that mayb people want to make a fool out of alot of people
they aint fooling me
so if you are the type to say "Oh! Im not sure whether it is genuine or not but im not taking any chances...I'll just forward to people JUST IN CASE."
